5G in Aviation industry: Boon or Bane for future
New Delhi, Jan. 23: As most of the international airlines including Air India cancelled their flights to the US recently, international fliers got another proverbial ‘bolt out of the blue’. The aviation industry, already facing Covid crunch for the past 24 months and most of the Air carriers having been grounded, they were served a technological hurdle at US landing arena. Air Control gadgets operating at 5G speed were causing the compatibility glitch for most airplanes operating at 4G speed, no operator was ready to risk
the safety of their passengers at US airports. Soon US aviation experts solved the glitch and US-bound flights were resumed.
