AAP Strengthens Organizational Structure, Appoints Office-Bearers for Youth Wing and ‘Nasha Mukti Morcha’
Chandigarh- To empower Punjab’s youth socially and politically, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab on Sunday appointed new office-bearers for its ‘Nasha Mukti Morcha’ and Youth Wing as part of its organizational strengthening strategy. This move by the party not only reflects its commitment to rescuing young people from the trap of drug addiction and providing them with a healthy future but also aims to strengthen the party at the grassroots level by entrusting the youth with political responsibilities. On this occasion, AAP Punjab Incharge Manish Sisodia congratulated the newly appointed office-bearers and said that the problem of drugs in Punjab is a serious challenge that has destroyed entire generations. He said, “The dream of Aam Aadmi Party is to make Punjab vibrant and prosperous again, but this is not possible until our youth are free from drugs. I have full faith that this new team will go to every village and every household to mobilize people against this menace and will successfully carry forward the party’s ‘Drug-Free Punjab’ campaign.”
AAP Punjab President Aman Arora, while welcoming the new team, said that the office-bearers of the ‘Nasha Mukti Morcha’ carry a great and sacred responsibility on their shoulders – to save the youth of Punjab. “The party has shown trust in all of you, and I hope you will fulfill this responsibility with full honesty and dedication. Our goal is not just political but to bring about a social transformation, and for that, we have to turn this step into a mass movement,” he said.
The Aam Aadmi Party Punjab expressed confidence that the newly appointed team will work diligently at the grassroots level, spread awareness about the harmful effects of drugs, and create a powerful social movement across the state.
