A foreigner woman caught without visa and sent to the jail while crossing border

Kishanganj: A woman of Pakistan origin with American citizenship was sent to Kishanganj jail under judicial custody on Thursday for illegally infiltrating into the Indian territory without Visa, taking a flight and crossing the border.
According to police the women Farida Malik was arrested on November 1 near Galgaliya border along Indo Nepal borders. A case was lodged at the concerned police station in this connection.
Meanwhile during investigation, it was revealed that the name of women mentioned as Farida Malik in the American passport. She, however, got a ticket booked in the name of Sana Akhtar for the flight from Delhi to Bagdogra. The woman had earlier arrived Delhi from Pantnagar. Air tickets from Pantnagar to Delhi and from Delhi to Bagdogra were also recovered from the possession of the women. Two – three additional air tickets were also recovered from her possession.
