New Delhi, Aug 26 (UNI) An Indian Air Force C-17 Globemaster carrying 35 evacuees from Kabul, including 24 Indian and 11 Nepali nationals, landed in the Hindon Air Force Station in Ghaziabad on Thursday.

Earlier, MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi had tweeted that the evacuees are on their way to India.

India has withdrawn all its diplomatic staff from its embassy in Kabul and the other consulates in Afghanistan as a precautionary measure.
