Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the national squad for the upcoming Pakistan tour of South Africa, scheduled to begin on December 10. The team will participate in a three-match T20 series, followed by a three-match ODI series, and conclude with a two-match Test series.
Fakhar Zaman, the experienced opener, has notably been excluded from the squad for all formats, which has raised eyebrows among fans and analysts alike.
For the T20 series, Pakistan’s team includes:
Mohammad Rizwan (Captain & Wicketkeeper), Abrar Ahmed, Babar Azam, Haris Rauf, Jahandad Khan, Abbas Afridi, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Irfan Khan, Omair Bin Yusuf. Sam Ayub, Salman Ali Agha, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Sufiyan Mukim, Tayyab Tahir, Usman Khan.
