Justice Mohammed Nias C P, granted bail to 22-year-old Greeshma, who is accused of poisoning her friend, Sharon, by giving him some kashayam (Ayurvedic decoction) and expired juice.
The bench comprising Justice Raj Beer Singh also stayed the fine of Rs 5 lakh imposed on Mukhtar by an MP-MLA court of Ghazipur which had convicted and sentenced him to 10 years imprisonment.
The case was lodged after the complainant, who lost his son Dr. Apoorv Mishra in an accident on January 14 last year, approached a local court to get the order for lodging the case on Saturday.
