Protests erupted in the northeastern state after the state government booked 40 people under the APUAPA in connection with a 72-hour bandh call in the state capital this year.

The development follows the discovery of buffalo head on the road outside a temple in northeast Delhi's Welcome area.

The restrictions could result in users being locked out of Twitter for the day after scrolling through several hundred tweets.

Also starring Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma, the movie is directed by Rajesh Krishnan of 'Lootcase' fame and produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor.
