Mumbai: Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut took a hard shot at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath here Thursday by saying that what is the need to do a road show in Mumbai.
“After all, by doing a road show in Mumbai, what do you want?” questioned Raut. “If Yogi Adityanath has come here to take industries from Mumbai to Uttar Pradesh, then we oppose this,” he added.
Raut said there is no objection to efforts to bring investors to their state. But this politics will not be allowed here.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is meeting with top officials of the country’s renowned banks and industrialists at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai. He will present the work done by the government in Uttar Pradesh in various fields before the industrialists and bankers. This program has been named ‘Road Show’ by Uttar Pradesh Government. Actually, it is not a road show that will be on the road. This entire program is to be held at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai. Through this program, Yogi Adityanath will tell all industrialists and bankers about the road map to invest in Uttar Pradesh.
Later, Yogi while speaking to media said there were no communal riots in UP under his government. He said, ‘The law-and-order situation and the safety of women have improved. People believe in government and administration.’ He said, more than 5 lakh youths have been given government jobs through a transparent process without bias of caste and religion. The Chief Minister of UP said the state government has implemented all the flagship schemes of the central government without any bias. He said during the covid-19 epidemic, 40 lakh passengers in different parts of the country went back to their native places. (UNI)
