MCD polls: DPCC chief Chaudhary flags off digital vans
New Delhi: Delhi Congress unit president Anil Kumar Chaudhary on Friday flagged off digital vans for the campaigns of the party candidates for the forthcoming MCD elections.
The vans with digital screens will highlight the Congress vision for Delhi’s progress and development, and party’s achievements when it was in power in Delhi for 15 years.
These vans will extensively tour all the districts and Assembly constituencies of Delhi.
“Congress had won over the love of the people and now aims to win Delhi. ‘Dil Jeeta Hai, Dilli Jeetengai’ will be the main plank of the Congress election campaign,” the DPCC chief.
Attacking BJP and AAP, Chaudhary said, “Both the parties together destroyed Delhi in every possible manner.
BJP took corruption to a new high in the Corporation, accumulated garbage everywhere to make Delhi a “City of Garbage”, he alleged.
The polling for the MCD will take place on December 4. (UNI)
