Hero MotoCorp provides 108 mobikes to police in Hamirpur

HAMIRPUR, MAR 8 (UNI): Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Youth Affairs and Sports, Anurag Singh Thakur at the flag off ceremony of the 108 motorcycles by Hero MotoCorp for police patrolling, at the Mahila Suraksha Kavach Program, on the occasion of International Women;s Day.

Former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Prem Kumar Dhumal and the Director General of Police Sanjay Kundu were present on the occasion. Leading auto-maker Hero MotoCorp has provided 108 motorcycles for the event organized by the state police department highlighting security concern of women in the state.
