Minsk, March 2: The Russian delegation left for the place of negotiations with the Ukrainian side, which will be held in Belarus, Belarusian state-run agency Belta reported. On Tuesday, Belarusian political scientist Yury Voskresensky, close to the organizers of the meeting, told Sputnik that the second round of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations could take place on March 2 on the territory of Belarus near the border with Poland. Information about the exact time of the talks was not reported.
