Heavy rains lash Chennai, TN and Andhra areas

Chennai, NewsonRadar Bureau, Nov.07: Heavy rains have devastated KK Nagar, Chennai City  and adjoining states. Life has been put to hard difficulties, schools closed till further orders in Tamil Nadu.

The IMD bulletin said, very heavy rainfall also occurred at isolated places over Nellore district of South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Heavy Rainfall lashed  over Chittoor district of Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours. Rainfall occurred at one or two places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam (Puducherry), Rayalaseema and dry weather prevailed in parts of Telangana during the same period, the bulletin added.
