Nadda in Himachal’s Bilaspur

Shimla, Jul 4 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party national president J P Nadda reached his hometown Bilaspur on Sunday morning.  He was received by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, HP BJP chief Suresh Kashyap, Cabinet Ministers Suresh Bhardwaj and Rajendra Garg at Boohoo ground.
Workers of the Bilaspur were overwhelmed by the arrival of the national president.
Mr Kashyap, while talking to mediapersons in Bilaspur said Mr Nadda will visit Kullu and Manali on Monday, where he will inspect the Atal Tunnel and later attend a meeting of BJP officials of Mandi constituency.
He said on July 6, the BJP national president will be celebrating the birth jubilee of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherji and also attend a program on tree plantation.
The visit of Nadda at a time when three by-elections–two assemblies and one Lok Sabha seat– is due in the state, is being considered important. As per sources, Mr Nadda may consult Himachal BJP leadership in selecting the candidates for the by polls.
