K’taka: 20 cows released from unauthorised slaughter house in Samalkot

Kakinada, Jun 7(UNI) The Municipal commissioner of Samalkot town on Monday conducted a surprise check on a unauthorized private slaughter house located along the Pithapuram road on the town outskirts and released 20 cows from captivity.
He also instructed the officials to disconnect the power supply and water supply immediately. Huge quantity of beef ready for dispatch in a truck was also seized and destroyed
