Russian swimmer Kolesnikov lowers 50 again world report once more
Budapest. For the second consecutive day, Russian swimmer Kliment Kolesnikov improved his personal world report within the 50-meter backstroke. The 20-year-old Kolesnikov clocked 23.80 seconds to win the gold medal on the European Championships on Tuesday. That was 0.13 quicker than his earlier report set within the semifinals a day earlier, when he turned the primary man to interrupt the 24-seconds mark. He first set the report of 24.00 on the final Euros in Glasgow three years in the past. The 50 again isn’t an Olympic occasion.
