President Kovind condoles demise of Motilal Vora
New Delhi, Dec 21 (UNI) President Ram Nath Kovind on Monday condoled the demise of veteran Congress leader Motilal Vora, who passed away here at the age of 93.

In a tweet, the President said, ‘Sad to hear that veteran Congress leader Shri Motilal Vora is no
more. He was humility personified, and belonged to a generation of leaders who carry their politics with unflinching conviction till end. My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.’
According to sources, Vora was admitted to Fortis Escorts hospital on December 19 after he complained of breathlessness.
The Congress stalwart had served the party for five decades and held key positions such as Madhya Pradesh chief minister for two times, union minister and governor of Uttar Pradesh.
