Cong may change custom of shuffling administration with changing Govt

All 40 MLAs including CM, Dy. CM have been invited by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to join Bharat Jodo Yatra today

Shimla: Chief minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhoo said here on Wednesday that his government may change the custom of shuffling of administration with changing of government.
Addressing media persons before departure to New Delhi Sukhoo said that he has no plan to shuffle Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police in the state.
The government expects the administration to do public works as per the government directions; ‘if the officers complete their assigned tasks, his government has no whims and fancies to shuffle the official like pack of cards.’
He said that he considered no urgency right now to immediate transfer and change posting of any officers in the state.
Sukhoo, who took oath of Chief minister office on December 11 did not constitute his council of ministers except the deputy chief minister Mukesh Agnihotri, there are two members of cabinet. However, the chief minister inducted two Principal Advisors including Political advisor, Media and IT Advisor with cabinet ranks.
Sukhoo who left for New Delhi, discussed the formation of COM with party senior leadership. All the 40 MLAs including Chief minister and Deputy CM have been invited by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to join Bharat Jodo Yatra today.
Sukhoo hinted that the proposed winter session which may last for three days, may be convened after January 15 as it would not be convened as desired on December, 28, 29 & 30 due to increasing rush of tourists in Dharmshala due to Christmas and New year Eve.

It is worthwhile to mention that the state will hold the Winter session at Tapovan Vidhan Sabha complex near Dharmshala where new MLAs will be administered oath of Member of 14th Assembly. (UNI)
