Former CM Dhumal addresses a large gathering in Kangoo, the traditional BJP stronghold

Kangoo/Nadaun: Last day of campaigning in Himachal Pradesh displayed a lot of political activities, with big-wigs addressing last day gatherings. Former Chef Minister f the State Prof. PK Dhumal addressed an impressive rally of party workers and supporters in Kangoo, a hub of educational institutes and commercial activity.
A bike rally of about 200 wheelers was organized between Nadaun and Kangoo, where PK Dhumal and others addressed the gathering.
Dhumal appealed for support to party candidate Vijay Agnihotri from local residents, citing hard work he has been putting in during the last 5 years, even when he was a defeated candidate of 2017. He told, “Vijay was available for public 24 by 7 when Covid-19 was in peak, distribution sanitizers, kits and arranging isolation rooms at Panchayat Ghars and schools for Covid patients locally or those coming from outside the state, from Delhi, Mumbai, Punjab ad other places.
Citing the improvement in pubilc transport network in the state by HPRTC u by under Vijay Agnihotri’s chairmanship by starting new routes Jwalamukhi-Nadaun to Vrindavan-Mathura, Nadaun-Chandigarh, Nadaun-Kangoo-Glode-Deotsidh route and some short routes for school going kids were entined by the speakers.
Mr Dhumal also recounted the good works of BJP government at the centre under PM Modi; construction of Ram Janmbhoomi, Kashi Vishwanath corridor, strategic strike at Balakote after Pilwama attack by Pakistan and several other news intitatives for Women, Senior citizens, Himcare Card, Kisan Samman Nidhi etc. got special mention from veteran pary leader.
