HP: 8 stranded in Timber Trail van after snag
Shimla: Eight people have been stranded in Parwanoo Timber Trail in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh on Monday due to technical snag in the cable car in Himachal Pradesh.
According to the SP of Solan district, another cable car trolley has been deployed to rescue them. The technical team of the Timber Trail operator has been deployed and police team is monitoring the situation, the SP added.
Earlier also, timber Trail snagged on April 13, 1992 in which cable operators had died. The Timber Trail Resort is situated at Parwanoo and it transports tourists to the top of a valley from Kalka-Shimla national highway. (UNI)
