Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 trailers released
Mumbai, April 26: Bollywood actors Kartik Aryan and Kiara Advani on Tuesday dropped the trailer of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. The 3-minute-12-second trailer shows an old bungalow and carries on with the story of spirit of Manjulika from the first film. Carrying on with the spirit of the 2007 blockbuster, the film has equal amount of horror and comedy, though in a seeming difference, instead of psychological horror, the film from the trailer seems to be tilting more on the supernatural horror side. Kartik Aryan is presented as a con man supernatural investigator getting himself entangled with the mysteries of the old mansion and the spirit of Manjulika which he unintentionally releases. Director Anees Bazmee shared trailer along with two posters of the film. Sharing the trailer, he said, “This family is all set to re-open its box of secrets!” The first poster carries a more horror-based aesthetic in which he captioned on 25th April captioned “Darayenge aur hasayenge bhi…Get ready to enter the haveli… trailer out tomorrow! Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 releasing in cinemas on 20th May, 2022! “Starring @kartikaaryan, @kiaraaliaadvani and @tabutiful; produced by #BhushanKumar, @muradkhetani, @anjummurad and #KrishanKumar; written by @farhadsamji & @aakashkaushik25″ along with a ghost emoji. The second poster carrying a suspense laden horror comedy aesthetic was captioned “It’s almost time for the haunted haveli to re-open it’s doors!” along with cartoon-styled human skull emoji. Actor Kartik Aryan shared the film’s poster and said, “Rooh Baba and his family arriving today at 1 pm Bhool Bhulaiyaa2″ along with ‘I Love You’ hand sign and ghost emojis. He also shared a photo of praying and seeking blessings for his new project, captioning “All first steps must start with your blessings” along with a folded hand emoji. Sharing the film’s poster on Instagram, actor Kiara Advani said, “It’s almost time for the haunted haveli to re-open it’s doors! Watch the family entertainer, releasing in cinemas on 20th May, 2022!” She also shared the trailer of the film on her Instagram account and captioned “Welcome to the Haveli Yeh family, entertainment aur horror dono janti hai!” mischief, ghost and eyes emojis. Directed by Anees Bazmee, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ features Kartik Aaryan, Tabu, Kiara Advani and Rajpal Yadav, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra, Amar Upadhyay, Milind Gunaji and Rajesh Kumar. The film has been co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Anjum Khetani. Delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the film will be released on May 20. (UNI)
